Poor design and firmware update stops camera working
Is not compatible with wall mounted sky glass TV, usb-c poorly positioned and as soon as you update the requested firmware update on the app, the camera is no longer detected. Happened on first unit I purchased, they sent me another and the same thing happened, then they refunded me. Waste of time, effort and caused damaged to my wall behind the TV.
We are sincerely sorry for the trouble caused. And we have relayed the issue to QC department.

Pretty Good Product
Having a QLED tv requires the saturation levels to be almost at their lowest level. This took quite some time to realise when I was setting up the white balance and brightness. Still there’s too much dark red instead of creams and pastels. There’s a slight delay in picking up scene changes which hopefully may get better on a software update.
One also has to be creative with the LED’s as in my case there were too many, resulting in having to fold back the ends. A few more cable clips supplied would have been better to help with this.
It’s a shame that the LED transformer plug is bulky. Having a tv mounted on the wall with the outlets behind now means that the tv will not tilt forward because the plug it too big. Luxury problems I suppose.
Despite these little annoyances, it’s a good product and extenuates the screen once your head focuses on the screen and not the lights, it takes a while.
Being able to link the device to Alexa is a great feature because I would not enjoy having to stab around with my fat fingers behind the tv each time I needed to turn it on and off.
All in all I’m pleased I purchased it.

One side not working
Lights are stunning don't get me wrong but for a £90 product... to unpack it and find out a whole side doesn't work? Nope!!! Not for me. If I get a replacement that works I will be more than happy to review this review.
