Item didn't arrive

My item didn't arrive. Customer service doesn't seem very good. I received a package from China faster so mail service can't be blamed unless lost in transit.

Waiting for product

It’s been over 2 weeks and the products we ordered have still not arrived

BEWARE Not dispatched or delivered. Possible scam?

Appalling service. I ordered one of the DreamView T1 Backlight on 29th November. Despite emailing them twice, it has not been dispatched to the Royal Mail, who gave me a number to track it by 48hour delivery. Govee said it was due to Royal Mail strikes, that it hadn’t arrived, but it still hasn’t been dispatched to Royal Mail and it is now 13th December!! This is a Xmas present, but I now have doubts about how legitimate this company are?
They have just sent me this survey on how I find them, and say it was dispatched 14 days ago! Beware!! Jokers!!
