Have lost the front page that allows you to pick TV/Movies or Music. The app has taken me into different sections and I can’t get back to the opening page.
I have now turned off the Govee.
I requested help by email and did not get any at all.
I was extremely happy when it was working but now I feel it’s just a back light so I do not use it.

Poor design and firmware update stops camera working
Is not compatible with wall mounted sky glass TV, usb-c poorly positioned and as soon as you update the requested firmware update on the app, the camera is no longer detected. Happened on first unit I purchased, they sent me another and the same thing happened, then they refunded me. Waste of time, effort and caused damaged to my wall behind the TV.
We are sincerely sorry for the trouble caused. And we have relayed the issue to QC department.
