Govee RGBIC Basic Wi-Fi + Bluetooth LED Strip Lights

Hmm. Yeah, these are strictly for fun, non-accurate, low-output mood colour effects only. I paid £20 in a sale, so maybe expected too much. The colours bear no relation to their names and are merely an attempt to mix basic RGB together and fail for the most part. White is blue, orange is green and yellow, that kind of thing. Good for a kids bedroom maybe, and they do have the sound-to-light and addressable segment thing going on, so fun I guess. Really not suitable for a grown-up lighting setup if you care about colour or brightness even slightly.

Always room for improvement

Overall I am very happy with the results and with the service. Lovely backlighting and works well with the TV backlights. There is always room for improvement however - it would be nice if the strip lights could be extended or reduced in length via slot-in sections to provide more flexibility
