Overall reasonably happy with the purchase although it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. I’ve purchased refurbished items before but never had one like this. The box was damaged, which was fine, but what surprised me the most was that the protective strip for the sticky on the back of the camera and the lights was all removed. I guess that’s ok with it being refurbished but if I was to be honest, I’d say it’s far more ‘used’ than other refurbished items I’ve purchased from other companies

Item come with "not sticky" tape and all ready registered device so I have to wait two days for customer service to unregister device then I Can't calibrate the system because was all ready bean calibrate on other tv . Genrally happy with the device now but should be check before posted to my.
