We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for Govee DreamView T1 TV Backlight.
Easy to install however, even after calibration the illumination does not resemble what is showing on the screen. App not user friendly

GOVEE come through again
I had an issue with an out of warranty T1 and got in touch about a power pack purchase. Long story short, GOVEE replaced the item for me when they didn’t need to.
Excellent customer support beyond what they needed to do.

Doesn't do what it says on the tin try get it to follow colours with different tests but doesn't follow lighting around just goes into different colours
1. It is recommended that you recalibrate the camera. After the calibration is completed, see if there is any improvement.
2.App-Video Mode-Color Calibration-Adjust Saturation to 20%
3.App-Video Mode-Color Calibration-White Balance Function Parameter Adjustment, place a white picture on the TV screen to make the device color approach white to complete the white balance calibration
4. If you still find that the above operation is useless, please resend the calibration screenshot and saturation setting chart. When viewing the calibration chart through the app, try not to turn on external lights and keep the environment in its original state. This will be more conducive to us analyzing the reasons.(Please contact us at support@govee.com)
